PriceParity offers a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy for eligible subscriptions. We've built our billing system on Paddle to ensure every transaction is transparent, auditable, and refundable where applicable.
💡 Key principle: If PriceParity didn't deliver value, you shouldn't pay. We handle refund requests with speed and without bureaucracy.

Refund Pipeline
Our refund process is fully automated via Paddle. Once approved, refunds are processed without manual intervention.
Typical timeline: Eligibility decision within 2 hours. Funds returned to your payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
Service Credits
As an alternative to cash refunds — or when cash refunds aren't applicable — we offer PriceParity service credits that can be applied to future invoices.
Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, use one of the following methods:
Sign in → Navigate to Settings → Billing → Request Refund. The eligibility check runs automatically.
Go to DashboardEmail [email protected] with your account email, order ID, and reason. We respond within 4 hours during business days.
